Jay Cawley

Jay Cawley is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in educational and engineering environments. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at 1 Accord Technologies, a role held since December 2024, Jay previously excelled as the Director of Technology at Lake Oconee Academy from May 2018 to December 2024. As the Owner of Custom Network Solutions LLC from July 2005 to December 2024, Jay developed an Account Management solution for managing Microsoft Active Directory user accounts. Prior to this, Jay contributed significantly to the Morgan County School System as Director of Technology, focusing on merging advanced technologies with educational innovation. Additional roles include Systems Analyst/Programmer at Coweta County School System, Science and Technology Teacher/Technology Specialist at Fayette County Public Schools, and Science Teacher at Clarke County School District. Jay holds a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from The University of Georgia.
