Joel Costa

Joel Costa currently serves as the Area Director of Sales and Marketing at SH Hotels & Resorts since January 2024 and has held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at 1 Hotels since February 2022. Previously, Joel held similar roles at The Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco and Half Moon Bay, as well as positions at San Jose Marriott, Marriott International, Flagstone Hospitality, and W Hotels. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from California State University-Hayward.
