Audrey Gendron

Audrey GENDRON has over 17 years of experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Responsable agence at 1001 Vies Habitat since December 2010. In this role, Audrey oversees the allocation of over 6,400 housing units in the Yvelines, ensuring compliance with housing policies set by municipal conferences. Previously, as Chef de programme, responsibilities included overseeing rehabilitation and investment project development across the Ile de France Grand Ouest region, while also coordinating internal and external teams. Earlier experience includes serving as Chargée de Clientèle at Résidence le logement des fonctionnaires from June 2006 to December 2010, where management of properties in Seine Saint Denis involved team leadership, maintenance oversight, and stakeholder representation. Audrey holds a BTS in Professions Immobilières from ITEVEC in St Germain en Laye.
