Torsten Geers

Torsten Geers is the Advisor at 101edu, a position they have held since July 2016.

KURA MD is a leading Internet healthcare commerce platform that offers a unique physician marketing and telemedicine practice management formula to deliver more patients, more capacity to see those patients and increased encounter revenue.

Prior to KURA MD, Inc., Torsten was with IPQ Analytics, LLC from September 2011 to March 2013 as the Managing Director.

Before joining IPQ Analytics, LLC, Torsten spent 5 years with Thomson Reuters Corp. (NYSE: TRI) from April 2006 to November 2011 where they were the Vice President Corporate Development and M&A. In this role, they were responsible for leading the M&A strategy and managing the Healthcare & Science corporate development function responsible for acquisitions and alliances from pipeline development through transaction and integration planning.

Torsten Geers has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Development and M&A roles. Torsten has a proven track record in executing successful transactions and integrations.

Torsten Geers has a German J.D. from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, a Master of Law from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, and an Associate Degree from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg. Torsten is certified as an Attorney at Law in New York State and Bavaria (Germany).
