Dave Kashen

Dave Kashen is currently an advisor at 15Five. Prior to that, they were the co-founder and CEO of Worklife Inc., which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2016. Dave has also served as a leadership coach and culture consultant at Quantum Leading, and as the co-founder and COO of Wellsphere, which was acquired by HealthCentral in 2009. Dave began their career as an investment associate at SPO Partners in 2001 and then worked as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs from 1999 to 2001.

Dave Kashen earned their BS in Economics from the Wharton School and their MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Dave is also a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute and has a Masters Level NLP certification from NLP Marin.
