Adam Lewis

Adam Lewis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and project finance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at 174 Power Global since July 2021, Adam has previously held significant positions at organizations such as the New York City Economic Development Corporation as Senior Counsel, and Apetrop USA, Inc. as Vice President and General Counsel, where notable achievements included the negotiation and drafting of the Vermont Legacy Insurance Management Act of 2014. Adam's earlier roles at Ascending Markets Financial Guarantee Corporation and prestigious law firms Debevoise & Plimpton and Coudert Brothers focused on advising on infrastructure financing and restructurings, demonstrating expertise in complex legal frameworks.
