The Research and Data Team at 1863 Ventures supports new-majority entrepreneurs by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions and enhance program effectiveness. Comprised of a Data Analyst, Program Operations & Data Coordinator, and Research Manager, the team ensures data-driven insights guide the scaling of businesses within the accelerator.
