Dave Billiter

Dave Billiter is an experienced professional in the healthcare and technology sectors, currently serving as a Partner at 1870 Ventures since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dave was the CEO and Co-Founder of Deep Lens from February 2018 until its acquisition in 2022, where the focus was on optimizing patient identification for clinical trials. Dave also held the position of Director of Data Strategy at Cardinal Health from November 2016 to January 2018, and served as Executive Vice President at Signet Accel, LLC from March 2014 to August 2016. Earlier in the career, Dave was the Director of Informatics at the Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital between April 2004 and March 2014. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Northern University.
