Michael Hinderer

Michael Hinderer serves as Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of 1KOMMA5° since August 2021. Hinderer is a Senior Advisory Partner at Castik Capital and has held the role of Member of The Supervisory Board at Thalia Bücher GmbH and Douglas. Hinderer co-founded GCA Altium and contributed as a Senior Advisor until June 2021, while also being a Founding Partner at Apax and Corporate Finance Partners Holding AG in previous years. Hinderer began a career in corporate finance at Matuschka Group. Hinderer holds a PhD in Finance from Universität Innsbruck, a Master's Degree from the University of St.Gallen, and served as an Assistant Professor at ETH Zürich.
