Simon Brook

Simon Brook is currently an advisor at 3 Generations. Prior to this, they worked as an internal operations manager at DBD Distribution Ltd from March 2021 to August 2021. Before that, they were the sales administration manager at their previous company from July 2016 to March 2021.

As sales administration manager, Simon was responsible for department and line management within operations. Simon also guided the team through ordering processes, prioritisation and maintaining data accuracy. In addition, they worked with various stakeholders across the business to proactively represent the team, share expertise, implement and manage continuous improvement, training and issues management.

Some of Simon's achievements include being integral to the creation and implementation of a new and improved CRM system and helping to equip the organisation with the necessary information to provide excellent customer service. Simon also supported team members with development plans leading to promotion within the company and implemented a monthly metrics report for business leaders to support departmental growth, excellence and commitment to KPIs and customer strategy.

Simon Brook has a BA in Contemporary Lens Media from the University of Lincoln and a BTEC Foundation in Art & Design from Hertford Regional College, Ware, Hertfordshire. Simon also has an A level in Fine/Studio Arts, Photography from Ward Freman School. In addition, they have various certifications from Syd Strike Training Solutions in First Line Manager Development, Judi Goodwin Training in Effective Writing Skills For Business, Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce in Export Essentials, and Peter East Associates Ltd in The Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Air (Class 2.2 only). Simon also has certification from the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom in the Known Consignor Security Training Programme - Modules 1,2,3,4,5,6.1 &7 as well as Modules 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 & 8.
