Michael Lee is currently an advisor at 360 Sports, Inc. Prior to that, they were a Product Marketing Manager at Crunchyroll, Inc. from August 2018 to November 2020. There, they built, organized, and executed industry best practices for Crunchyroll's newest mobile game publishing division.
Lee has also lead mobile marketing, GTM strategy, and uniting cross-functional teams under one vision for success within a SVOD media company. Michael created impactful mobile marketing and brand-oriented campaigns with a small team through physical events, creative optimization, and broad awareness on owned and earned channels to reach core, international audiences, and broad fan groups.
Before working at Crunchyroll, Lee was a Product Marketing Manager at Glu Mobile from June 2016 to August 2018. There, they led product marketing efforts for 5 titles contributing 25% of total portfolio revenue and led marketing initiatives reducing CPI by 20-30% through coordination with multiple internal and external departments. Michael also developed new marketing initiatives combining qualitative and quantitative insights adopted by other PMMs.
Some of Lee's accomplishments include leading the marketing creative and 2017 rebrand strategy to help scale Deer Hunter 2017 revenue +75% YoY and spearheading Deer Hunter 17's international marketing campaign strategy increasing monthly revenue by +30%. Michael has also worked with a junior UA associate to develop a marketing plan and creatives extending profitable UA spend by 6 months.
