Anumeha Bardaiyar is an accomplished recruitment professional with over a decade of experience in strategic recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at 3i People since August 2010, Anumeha develops and implements recruitment strategies, manages full-cycle recruitment, and serves as the main client liaison. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Aim Computer Consulting and Marketing Manager at Compucare Software Systems. Anumeha's career began at Peer Solutions Group, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter and earlier as a Technical Recruiter. Anumeha holds a Master's degree in Arts from Delhi University and has further education at the National Institute of Information Technology, India.
