Nithin Ramachandran

Nithin Ramachandran is an accomplished leader in data and analytics, currently serving as Vice President at 3M, focusing on impactful data-centric strategies using AI and Generative AI platforms. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President at Kohler Co., where Nithin was instrumental in developing and executing AI/ML strategies and digital transformation initiatives, alongside building a global analytics practice. Nithin has also held key positions at Direct Supply, overseeing the use of AI to enhance sales and procurement models, and has contributed to academia as a board member for the Center for Big Data and Analytics at Washington University in St. Louis. Nithin holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
