Stefanie Fluin

Stefanie Fluin is a seasoned UX designer and strategist with extensive experience in leading product design systems and enhancing digital user experiences. Currently serving as the Principal UX Designer at Solventum since April 2022, Stefanie oversees the Cobalt product design system while collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement impactful process changes. Prior roles include notable positions at Silicon Valley Bank and The Hartford, where Stefanie contributed to design system strategies and rebranding initiatives. As the Owner and Lead UX/UI Designer at Stefanie Fluin Creative Labs, a venture established in 2008, comprehensive consulting services in UX/UI design, front-end development, and branding are provided. Stefanie holds an MBA from Hamline University and a Full Stack Developer certificate from Coding Dojo, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
