Ted Hsu

Ted Hsu serves as the Senior Vice President at 4M Building Solutions since June 2024. Previously, Ted held the position of President at Horizon Services Corporation from August 1991 to March 2024, where responsibilities included the creation and communication of the company vision, leading management in delivering exceptional customer service, and driving growth through new offerings and market expansion.
