Ridge Shipley

Ridge Shipley is a Marketing Manager at 4WEB Medical since September 2024 and has served as an Assistant Basketball Coach and Assistant Strength And Conditioning Coach at Trinity Christian Academy since August 2020. As the Director of Player Development at Ridge's Rhythm LLC since January 2018, Ridge possesses extensive training experience across various levels, including NBA, WNBA, international, college, and high school. Previous roles include Talent Partner at GURU Organic Energy and Ballislife, as well as a Professional Basketball Player with Ones Basketball League. Ridge also contributed as a Basketball Coach for Li-Ning (China) Sports Goods Co. Ltd and as Camp Director for David Nwaba Basketball Camp. Additionally, Ridge was involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Ridge holds a degree in Recreation Parks Tourism and Administration with a focus on Sports Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
