Gaoyi Miao

Gaoyi Miao is an experienced Analyst at Climate Policy Initiative since July 2023, and has been working as a Freelance Photographer at 500px since December 2022. Previous experience includes an internship at UN Climate Change and a position as a Graduate Consultant at The World Bank. Additional roles encompass internships at Trivium China and the Geneva Finance Research Institute, as well as a Teaching Assistantship at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Gaoyi holds a Master of Arts in International Relations with a focus on International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Laws in Political Science from the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (2017-2021), along with additional studies in International Relations. Education prior to university was completed at Chengdu Shude High School.
