Fabi Hubschmid

Fabi Hubschmid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic development and operational leadership. Currently, Fabi serves as Co-Founder and Chief Strategic Development Officer, as well as Chief Operating Officer at Markaaz, a platform focused on verifying and onboarding businesses for enhanced access to critical services. Additionally, Fabi is a Board Director at 50/50 Women on Boards, contributing to the Audit/Finance Committee and the Executive Council. Fabi previously held roles such as Small Business Chair for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership. With a background in innovation and smart cities through founding enix and contributing to MIT's smart cities education, Fabi also has global experience from positions at AXA and PwC. Fabi's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Management from Leiden University and a Bachelor's degree in International Law from the University of Lausanne, along with certificates from Harvard University and IDHEAP.
