Eddison Shumba

Eddison Shumba is an experienced entrepreneur and business mentor, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Timo Rides since August 2022, where a focus on customer satisfaction and innovation in the mobility sector is prioritized. In addition to leading Timo, Eddison holds multiple roles including Explore Program Coach Consultant at 54 Collective, Start Up Evaluator with the African Impact Initiative, and Real Estate Sales Associate at REMAX Advance SL. Eddison is also actively involved in mentoring women entrepreneurs through the IYBA-WE4A program at the Tony Elumelu Foundation and serves as a Judge and Business Mentor with the same organization. Eddison's expertise extends to mentoring innovative projects through programs such as the UNIDO Global Cleantech Innovation Programme and the Technology Innovation Agency's Grassroots Innovation Program. Eddison holds a Master's of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
