Shillae Davis

Shillae is an Operations Coordinator at 5th Century Partners (“5CP”).

As the Operations Coordinator at 5th Century Partners, Shillae is responsible for firm operations including IT coordination, office management and project management. She has 19 years of operations experience, 10 years working in private equity. Shillae’s reliability, warmth and highly adaptive nature form a solid foundation for her dynamic operations role.

No matter the scope of the project, she takes it all in stride and delivers excellence at every opportunity. Her impeccable organizational skills came into play while successfully executing two IT migrations, an office relocation and a new office setup. An innovative problem solver and strategic decision maker, she does everything possible to provide a seamless experience for her clients and team.

Before embarking on her professional career, Shillae was a model for 13 years and owned and operated a salon in Studio City, California. She joined Clarion Capital Partners in September 2011, prior to joining 5th Century Partners in April 2021. Throughout her career, she has gained an invaluable skill set that has fueled her career growth.

Shillae attended California State University, Northridge and completed IT certification courses A+ and Network+ at BMCC.
