Luc Vansteenkiste

Luc Vansteenkiste is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in Java architecture and development. Currently serving as Founding Partner and Senior Java Architect at 5th Floor Software since April 2017, Luc also works as a Technical Enterprise Architect for the Office de la Naissance et de l'Enfance. Previously, Luc held roles such as Senior Java Developer at FAMIFED, Java Architect at CAAMI-HZIV, and JEE Architect at Smals. With a robust engineering background, Luc transitioned from COBOL to modern Java solutions in a significant IT project for CAAMI/HZIV. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Haute Ecole 'Léonard de Vinci' and ICT from Institut Paul Lambin.
