Carla Grados Villamar is an experienced professional in impact measurement, gender and diversity finance, and social entrepreneurship, currently at 60 Decibels since October 2022. Previous roles include research positions at British International Investment, where a gender assessment for the 2021 portfolio was conducted, and at the Inter-American Development Bank, focusing on the issuance of Gender Bonds for women entrepreneurs in Latin America.
