Sean Algeo

Sean Algeo, CPA, possesses extensive experience in financial leadership roles across multiple organizations in the biotechnology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Two River since May 2018, Sean has also held positions as Controller and Treasurer at 76Bio, Inc., IconOVir Bio, and Neogene Therapeutics. Prior to these roles, Sean was a Senior Manager at CFGI and a Manager at KPMG US. Sean Algeo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
