Dustin Weeres

Dustin Weeres is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading design initiatives and managing teams. Currently serving as Staff Designer and Design Program Manager at 7shifts since November 2015, Dustin successfully orchestrated the migration from Sketch to Figma while implementing efficiency-driven systems. Additionally, Dustin has led the design process for various cross-platform features and played a pivotal role in expanding the design team. Previously, as Co-Founder and Creative Director of Island Collective, Dustin focused on creating digital experiences for tech startups and established brands. Other roles include CMO at Kijenga and Designer at zu. Dustin holds a Business Administration Certificate and a degree in New Media Communications from SIAST.
