Sigal Shafran Tikva CCRN, MPH, MHA, PhD, serves as the Founding Director of the Research & Innovation Center in Nursing at Hadassa Medical Centers, Hebrew University Jerusalem, since 2013, and also holds the position of Data and Research Manager in the Nursing Division.
