Jessica Lupanow

Jessica Lupanow is a skilled product designer with a strong background in user-centric solutions, currently serving at 8th Light since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Array from May 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading redesign initiatives and conducting user research, achieving significant stakeholder approval for new designs. Previous experience includes UX design and writing for the second edition of "UX Strategy" at JaimeLevy.com, as well as extensive research in human-robot interaction at the University of Southern California, supported by a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
