Kai Zhang

Kai Zhang is an experienced professional with a robust background in staffing and human resources management. Currently serving as Staffing Lead at 8th Light since October 2019, Kai previously held multiple roles at ThoughtWorks, including North America Professional Services Management, People Development, and Recruiting Coordinator from January 2012 to October 2019. Prior experience includes Assistant Director of Tutoring at The Princeton Review, where responsibilities involved consulting with students and families to create tailored test preparation programs, as well as roles at The LaSalle Network, iBIO Institute, Kenneth B. Moll & Associates, and as an intern at Kurman Communications. Kai Zhang earned a BA in English and Psychology from Northwestern University, graduating in 2006.
