Pierce Fang

Pierce Fang is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of HR at 91APP, Inc., since February 2021, following a role as Sr. Director of HR. Prior to this, Pierce Fang held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Moxa, leading a six-person team to implement diverse talent recruitment solutions. From 2007 to 2019, Pierce Fang was with TSMC, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for the R&D organization, overseeing cross-functional HR initiatives, and executing performance management processes.
