Neil Drzewiecki

Neil Drzewiecki currently serves as Chief Actuary at A-CAP since September 2024. Previously, Neil was with MassMutual from May 2001 to September 2024, where Neil held the position of Head of Life Products, overseeing life insurance product development and implementation, and also served as Vice President and Actuary, acting as Risk Manager for Retirement Services. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut (1986-1991) and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2003-2006).
