Anne Mendoza - Tuyay

Anne Marinela Ayala Mendoza, RCE, is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and quantity surveying. Currently serving as a Service Planner at A.G. Coombs since July 2023, Anne previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer at 21th Construction and Development Corp. and held the position of Project Engineer at Mega-Heights Construction Corp., effectively managing project activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. With prior roles including Autocad Operator, Site QA/QC Engineer, and Project-in-Charge, Anne has demonstrated a strong ability to oversee construction projects while optimizing costs and resources. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New Era University, completed in April 2015.
