The Leadership Team at A Glimmer of Hope is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the organization, ensuring effective governance, and fostering partnerships to drive impactful initiatives aimed at reducing extreme poverty in rural Ethiopia. Comprised of key executives including the CEO and Executive Chair, the team collaborates to optimize resources, advocate for sustainable solutions, and oversee program implementation to create lasting change in the communities they serve.
