Rita Vargas Moore

Rita Vargas Moore possesses extensive experience in case management and behavioral health services, currently serving as a Targeted Case Manager at A Helping Hand since October 2024. Previously, Rita worked as an ICPC/OCS Case Manager at Community Partnership for Children, identifying and coordinating family services from July 2019 to October 2024. Rita's background includes roles as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Steps, where responsibilities included direct client services and crisis management, and as a Child Protection Investigator for the State of Florida focused on child welfare investigations.
