Brooke Gregory

Brooke Gregory is currently a Tech Support Intern at Miva, Inc., with prior experience in customer service roles at AMC Theatres, Kohl's, and Cosmic Donuts. At AMC Theatres, responsibilities included maintaining cleanliness and directing guests, while at Kohl's, Brooke executed payment transactions and assisted customers with online orders and returns. At Cosmic Donuts, effective communication in a fast-paced environment facilitated handling customer orders and food preparation. Brooke holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of South Florida and previously earned an Associate of Arts degree from St. Petersburg College, along with a High School Diploma from Countryside High School.
