Kim Waters

Kim Waters has extensive experience in treasury operations and financial management, with a career spanning multiple roles and organizations. At A. O. Smith Corporation, Kim held positions including Director of Treasury Operations and Treasury Manager from October 2005 until retirement. Additionally, Kim has served as a Board Member on the Board of Managers at Rite-Hite Family YMCA since 2008. Kim also contributed as a Director for the Wisconsin Association for Financial Professionals from September 2010 to March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Treasurer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield United of Wisconsin from March 1993 to June 2005 and as an Accountant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wisconsin from 1987 until March 1993. Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
