Marco Frade

Marco Frade is an experienced professional in operations management within the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as Supervisor de operações at A Padaria Portuguesa since August 2022, Marco previously held the same title at Grupo Lowfat from September 2020 to August 2022, overseeing multiple restaurants and a central production kitchen with more than 140 staff members. Additional experience includes roles such as Food and Beverage Manager at Lux Hotels and Bar and Events Manager at Buda Lounge Bar.
