Ariel Lane

Ariel Lane, M.S., is the Founder and Principal STEM Coach at STEMucated since October 2019 and has also served as a Science Item Writer for A Pass Educational Group, LLC since February 2020. In these roles, Ariel Lane develops technology-enhanced lessons and assessments aligned with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), Depth of Knowledge (DOK), and Bloom’s Taxonomy, while facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure quality work. Other contributions include writing high school Biology curricula at Focus EduVation, creating NGSS study resources for Biology at Biology Dictionary, and producing assessment questions for Newsela. Notably, Ariel Lane was recognized as Teacher of the Year at KIPP Atlanta Collegiate and participated in Teach For America. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Cellular Biology from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Spelman College.
