Joel Pusanur

Joel Pusanur is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the platform engineering leader at a.s.r. since August 2020, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, digital transformation, architecture, design, security, compliance, and mentoring. Prior to this role, Joel spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, first as a tech lead for the Cloud Center of Excellence and earlier as a senior software engineer, specializing in modernizing applications across various industries, including finance, compliance, and oil and gas. Beginning a career at Sapient from February 2007 to October 2010, Joel worked as a software engineer, concentrating on design, architecture, search, and scalability.
