Ivano Calabrese

Ivano Calabrese is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and application analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at A2A Smart City since April 2018, Ivano oversees a team that develops software products related to IoT networks, applications, data and video analytics, microservices, and cloud-native services. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineering and Application Analyst, Head of Core Technologies, and Head of Network Server at A2A Smart City LAB. Prior to A2A, Ivano worked as a Software Engineer at Patavina Technologies and a Research Engineer at Consorzio Ferrara Ricerche, focusing on embedded systems and telecommunication projects. Ivano holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
