Mara Ripamonti

Mara Ripamonti currently serves as the Head of Digital & Innovation Processes and Compliance at a2a since July 2024. Previously, from October 2018 to July 2024, Mara held multiple roles at Sky Italia, including Senior Project Manager focusing on Digital Identity Security and serving as an Agile Product Owner for Customer Journey processes. Prior experience at Mediaset from September 2008 to October 2018 involved roles such as Business Process Senior Specialist focusing on Credit Management and GDPR compliance. An internship at the General Italian Consulate in New York provided early exposure to diplomatic affairs and event organization. Mara holds a Laurea Magistrale in Lingue e culture per la comunicazione e la cooperazione internazionale from Università degli Studi di Milano, along with a degree in Mediazione linguistica e culturale.
