Paolo Pezzella

Paolo Pezzella has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Purchasing Plants at A2A S.p.A. since April 2019, overseeing a procurement process with an annual expenditure of 242 million Euros. Prior roles at A2A S.p.A. include Head of Planning & Material Management, where Paolo managed procurement planning across various business units. Previously, at Thales Alenia Space from February 2007 to March 2019, Paolo held multiple leadership positions, including Purchasing Segment Manager Operations and Country Manager for TAS Italia, directing all indirect purchasing activities. Additional experience includes roles at Alcatel Alenia Space Italia and Alenia Space Italia, where Paolo managed various procurement and subcontractor functions spanning from 1987 to 2007.
