Michelle Kidd

Michelle Kidd is an experienced nursing professional and educator, currently serving as an Advocacy Specialist at the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses since January 2024 and as an Adjunct Professor at Ball State University since August 2023. Michelle has a robust clinical background, including roles as a Clinical Nurse Specialist-Critical Care, Nursing Professional Development Educator, and Registered Nurse in the ICU at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital from April 1993 to March 2024. Additionally, Michelle has contributed to the AACN Board of Directors from July 2015 to June 2018 and was a Clinical Instructor at Ball State University in 2008. Michelle holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Professional Leadership in Nursing from American Sentinel College, and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Ball State University.
