Esther Groenendijk- Adriaansen

Esther Groenendijk-Adriaansen is a specialist in real estate and care, currently serving as an advisor at AAG since August 2019, focusing on housing and collaboration issues in the care sector. Esther also holds a position in the Expert Team for Housing & Care at the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland since May 2023. As a former project leader for U10, a regional collaboration of Utrecht municipalities, Esther contributed to integrated spatial development, addressing housing needs for those requiring care. With a background as an owner at Het Zuyden and an advisor at Zuidwester, Esther has developed strategic real estate plans and provided guidance on long-term housing challenges.
