Geoff Powell

Geoff Powell is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Director of MRO and Continuing Airworthiness at AALTO HAPS since January 2024. Prior to this role, Geoff held several positions at Airbus, including Head of Aviation Regulatory Compliance Manager for UAS and Line Maintenance Manager for UAS from December 2016 to January 2024. Geoff's extensive experience encompasses various roles in maintenance and engineering in organizations such as AirTanker, Triton Aerospace, Thales, SELEX Galileo Inc., SR Technics Group, and British Airways, demonstrating expertise in aircraft maintenance management, unmanned aerial systems, and regulatory compliance within military and civilian contexts. Geoff completed education at the University of the West of England between 1999 and 2002.
