Dana Ives

Dana Ives is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in benefits administration and financial analysis. Currently serving as Benefits Leader and previously as Senior Benefits Analyst at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since October 2017, Dana manages Health and Welfare, 401(k) Savings Plans, and non-qualified plans, while overseeing plan documents and financial reporting. Prior to AAM, Dana worked as a contractor at Arrow Strategies, focusing on budget data analysis and CEO Pay Ratio assessments. Throughout a nearly decade-long tenure at DXC Technology, Dana held the role of Financial Analyst III, supporting Department of Defense contracts, and cultivated financial acumen at Electronic Data Systems, contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and financial efficiency initiatives.
