Erick Amaya

Erick Amaya is a skilled professional with extensive experience in planning, performance management, and customer experience analysis. Currently serving as a PPM Sales Specialist at AB InBev since October 2024, Erick previously held roles including Commercial Analyst for Modern Channels at La Constancia SV and Customer Experience Analyst at Bancoagrícola, where responsibilities included conducting customer experience studies focused on NPS and developing communication and improvement strategies. Prior experience also includes as an Operations Analyst at C.G. Incorporated, where Erick created interactive dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau, and as a Human Resources Assistant Intern at Uassist.ME, contributing to the documentation and improvement of HR processes. In 2020, Erick was a Technical Advisor for a SICA project aimed at enhancing trade development in Central America. Currently pursuing an MBA at EUDE Business School, Erick holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios.
