Ken Blakeley

A Senior Executive, and Advisor with more than 40 years of success across the financial services, information services and technology, oil and gas, and construction industries. His broad areas of expertise include forecasting and performance management, global operations, strategic planning, budgeting, profit planning and operational analysis, risk management, contract negotiations, acquisition due diligence and integration, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and Employee Stock Ownership Plans. Ken held key leadership positions as the Chief Financial Officer of MATT Construction, CFO of Water and Infrastructure Division of Parsons Corporation, CFO of Oberthur Card Systems and the Manager Corporate Financial Planning for ARCO. Ken earned his MBA and BS from the University of Southern California. Ken previously was a licensed California CPA with the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
