Mayte Miguel Torres

Mayte Miguel Torres has extensive experience in human resources and personnel selection, currently serving as Responsable de Seleccion de Personal at Abalia since September 2019. Previously, Mayte held the position of Responsable Selección & IT-Gestión Canal Proveedores Servicios at COMPAREX ESPAÑA (now SoftwareONE Spain) from June 2002 to September 2019. Prior roles include Dirección Recursos Humanos at Exis TI, and Técnico Selección de Personal in the IT sector at INSA. Mayte obtained a Licenciatura en Psicologia (Industrial/Clinica) from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1988 and 1993.
