Flavia Ghirardello

Flavia Ghirardello, MBA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at ABB since December 2017, Flavia plays a strategic role in aligning human capital with organizational goals within the Robotics business. Prior to this, Flavia held the position of HR Talent Acquisition - Robotics Senior Talent Partner, overseeing the full life-cycle recruitment process. Flavia's career at ABB began in 2010, with roles including Executive Assistant/HR Support and Recruiter Specialist. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Analyst at Grupo Foco and a Trainee Human Resources at Soulan Recursos Humanos. Flavia holds an MBA in Human Resources Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, complemented by training in HR management from Eastern Michigan University.
