Rajiv Malhotra

Rajiv Malhotra is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at ABB, where Rajiv has held multiple leadership roles since August 1990, including Global Country Holding Organization Leader for the Electrification Business Area and Head of Finance for Global Markets within the Electrification Business. Rajiv has served as Country CFO for ABB South Korea, as well as Senior Vice President and Region CFO for India, Middle East, and Africa, while also functioning as a board member for various ABB companies in the Middle East. Prior experience includes roles at Ernst & Young as Audit Senior and at Arthur Andersen Limited in Audit & Tax. Rajiv holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Mumbai, complemented by management training from institutions such as IMD and the IFL Swedish Institute of Management.
