Steve Davies

Steve Davies is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in strategic planning and execution across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Abbott Lyon since April 2023, Steve is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing Customer Service, end-to-end operations, and HR functions. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Director at Bensons for Beds, where responsibilities included the relaunch and integration of eve sleep products, achieving significant operational milestones in a short timeframe. Steve was also the Chief Operating Officer at eve Sleep, driving strategic direction and operational effectiveness. Earlier in the career, Steve contributed to Wayfair's European Operations team, managing supplier performance and ensuring compliance within a large supplier portfolio.
